Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you need to cancel your order, email sales@ozdent.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for a return or refund under our Refund Policy or Australian Consumer Law.
